On Jan. 30, members of the League of Women Voters of Central Kane County registered North students to vote in the cafeteria. A total of 143 students registered to vote, the highest number in school history.
Students who will be 18 by the General Election on Nov. 5 were able to register.
League of Women Voters of Central Kane County members Patti Lackman, Kris Davis, Wilma Van Arragon, Hewly Prucher, Howard Miller, Ruth Kuzmanic, Barb Sayers, Joan Lencioni and Hedie DeMarco helped register students.
